Problem opening Word Requirement Documents

I generated a Word document using the option "Tools > Export as Word
document" for a Requirements Model.
It generates the document properly, it's linked, it can be edited and
updated.
But, if I close the document and try to open it again (from "files" in
PowerDesigner or Windows Explorer), I get the error:
Word has detected an error when opening the file.
Try the following
* Check document or unit security configuration
* Make sure there is enough free memory
* Open the file using text recovery converter

(translated error, my Word installation is in Spanish)

I'm using Word 2007. Any clue? What am I doing wrong?

I've had some issues with 2007 as well. I found that it all seems to
work better if I launch Word before doing the export. Give that a
shot, or do you already do that?

First of all, thank you for your reply.

Yeah, I noticed that.... when exporting several documents, it's best
to previously open Word, otherwise sometimes it isn't lauched until
PowerDesigner is closed and opened again... pretty weird. Does Word
2003 integration work better ?
