You need to buy a copy of the ASE SDK for Windows 32-bit from Sybase.

Alternatively, you could install the repository proxy in a Windows box near
the ASE Linux server with a copy of the SDK for the proxy to access the ASE.
Your colleague could then connect to the proxy without needing the SDK
installed.

We have just installed the PD repository server installed on a RedHat
Linux box,
with it's own ASE database. A colleague in Prague has installed
PowerDesigner,
"Error loading client library DLLs. Unable to connect to server."
We assume that we're missing some ASE client software. Can anyone help us
figure out what it is and where to get hold of it, please?
Thanks

You don't mention where you are but if it's not Eastern Europe you
should be using the Proxy anyways.
